EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

For all custom made items (any custom items, hand dye apparel) sales are final. These items are handmade with lots of love and attention and are especially made just for you, therefore they cannot be re-sold. 

I pride myself in quality items and I understand that sometimes it’s just not the right fit. If this is the case for you, I do offer exchange for credit of product within 5 days of you receiving your purchase. To initiate the process, simply contact me at crystalstriving@icloud.com and let me know what went wrong. For your return, you will receive credit after the item has made it back to me. For your replacement (in the case you need to exchange item size) I will send replacement after I have received your item that you want to replace. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items cannot have pet hair, smell of smoke, or be otherwise not re-sellable. Striving Co. reserves the right to refuse an exchange or credit if these qualifications are not met. Sale items, clearance items, wholesale and custom items are final sale.
